1. Our Returns Policy
a) In case you wish to return any ordered Product, you may do so within 30 days of placing an order, provided that the Product is new, unopened, and unaltered.We’ll provide you with a full refund with 1-10 days once we receive your return.
b) You will be responsible for costs incurred in returning the Products to us. However, if we shipped wrong or defective Products to you, we will cover the return shipping costs.
c) To process a Product return, just log in to your account, head over to the “Complete Orders” section, click on the Return Item(s) link, and follow the instructions given.
d) Once we’ve received and processed your returned Product, we’ll notify you.
2. Product Shipping
a) We ship our Products to addresses within the United States, and to major international countries.
b) Once you place an order, you will be advised of an approximated delivery time for your order, subject to the Products being available and order processing times. Depending on your region, applicable shipping charges and delivery date estimates will appear on the order page.
c) Please note that the delivery dates stated on your order page are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Real delivery times may vary.
3. International shipping
a) We aim to deliver the United States based orders within 1-2 working days, and all international based orders within 7-14 working days, of your order, being processed.
b) Kindly note that the international shipping charges you pay for delivery of your Product do not include any customs, taxes or duties assessed at your country.
4. International shipping policies
a) International orders are, in most cases, subject to importation duties and other applicable taxes.
b) You are responsible for payment of any such importation duties and applicable taxes. We have not control over such charges and cannot, therefore, predict whether or not you will be charged, or the exact amounts.
5. Wrong/Damaged Products
a) In the unfortunate event that you’ve received either a wrong or damaged Product, please Contact Us with 14 days, in order to receive a free replacement Product.
b) We’ll ship to you a free replacement Product within 14 days after we receive the wrong/damaged Product from you, in accordance with our shipping policy.
